Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Each Nash Archives piece is carefully prepared before shipment. This may include professional dry cleaning and the creation of a personalised illustration accompanying your order. These steps are part of our commitment to quality and presentation.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
• United Kingdom: 1–3 business days after dispatch
• International: 5–10 business days after dispatch
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Nash Archives is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Nash Archives is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can assist you.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
