3. Products & One-of-a-Kind Nature

All Nash Archives pieces are reworked from existing garments and are one-of-a-kind.

Due to their reconstructed and vintage nature:

Each item is individually described and photographed as accurately as possible. Once sold, a piece cannot be replicated.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices shown at checkout are final at the time of purchase.

Payment must be completed before items are shipped.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed within 7 business days unless otherwise stated.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of loss and ownership pass to the customer once the item has been shipped.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

To be eligible for a return:

Due to the limited and one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

7. Accuracy of Information

We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee exact color representation due to screen differences.

Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly due to the reworked nature of garments.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, branding, and design — is the property of Nash Archives and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nash Archives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
